Above all, we care about your pet's health and safety.
Spaying or Neutering is very important in controlling the pet population as well as reducing unwanted behaviors. Our goal is to not only spay or neuter your pet but have the process be as easy and pain-free for them as possible. We take a number of precautions to be sure that happens. For example, we place an IV catheter in every patient which provides fluids before, during, and after anesthesia. It would be malpractice for your doctor to put you under general anesthesia without fluids. This plays an important role in providing comfort after surgery as well as preventing kidney disease in the future.
